Any invoice queries must be brought to the attention of Espresso Care Solutions Ltd in writing within 14 days from the invoice date. After this period, all invoices will be deemed accepted in full.
Espresso Care Solutions Ltd reserves the right to charge interest of 2% per day on late payments, calculated from the due date until the payment is received in full.
Espresso Care Solutions Ltd offers a 3-month guarantee on repair services. If the component we have repaired fails within this period, and is reported in writing to Espresso Care Solutions Ltd, we will repair it free of charge.
However, Espresso Care Solutions Ltd will not be held responsible for damage caused by:
We will also not be liable for any claims arising from the condition or quality of the equipment, or any consequential damages, including loss of earnings or profits due to equipment failure. In the event of leaks, whether from the machine or its associated pipework, we will not be responsible for any consequential damages or damage to property. It is advised that your insurance should cover any such damages.
The warranty will become void if:
Parts remain the property of Espresso Care Solutions Ltd until all invoices are paid in full.
If an engineer attends an appointment and the customer fails to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, the customer will be charged for the call-out appointment.
Espresso Care Solutions Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding verbal or physical aggression towards employees. Any such behaviour will result in the immediate cessation of any further work between Espresso Care Solutions Ltd and the customer.
Espresso Care Solutions Ltd reserves the right to engage a subcontractor to perform services on our behalf if required.
In some cases, Espresso Care Solutions Ltd may not be able to provide a quotation for repairs or services until the equipment has been inspected by an engineer.
